"Habitaciones pequeñas ,encontré cucarachas,la ubicación está increíble porque solo causas y estas en la catedral de san juan de los lagos, y pues frente a plaza de armas, no recomiendo último piso es muy muy caliente"

"Es un hotel bueno para pasar la noche si vas a estar dos tres días en San Juan, accesible por estar en zona de Catedral y puestos de venta de recuerdos y comidas, lo no tan bueno nos tocó una de las tres habitaciones que pedimos que no había papel sanitario, las toallas tenían mal olor, el agua de la regadera se regaba por todo el piso casi a la puerta, las camas rechinaban como catres viejos lo cual no..."

"El restaurante solo tiene desayuno buffet, si quieres comida a la carta tienes que pedir servicio a la habitación. El internet dentro de la habitacion es muy malo. El centro de negocios (computadoras para uso libre) son sumamente lentas. Reserve a traves de la aplicacion de hoteles.com y el hotel no me quiso facturar lo que pague."
